​The problem is the food processing industry knows that they only have to show a product is safe for consumption. So, as long as it is safe for consumption that is as far as it goes. This is where you have to turn to Holistic Health Practitioners that are going to tell you the truth! I am going to tell you the truth!

This miracle sweetener supposably does not affect your blood sugar, and partly, that is tue. But once you understand what your body does wehn you consume you can then understand how it can pack on the pounds. 
Just because something has been marketed as no calories does not mean that it will not affect your weight. We have blurred the understanding between sugar free, no or low calorie and what is really happening to your waist line! 
Here is what I really want you to understand just from these 3 supposedly weight busting foods. These three healthy weight loss foods (and there are others) ​ultimately leads to inflammation. Inflammation affects  your fat cells, making them “sick.” As you keep eating these inflammatory foods they continuously get stored in your fat cells increasing fat on your body, increasing inflammation. It becomes an never ending cycle. Sounds Scary right?
This snowball effect results in your body gaining even more weight especially around your stomach and for women the hips, thighs and breasts. When you are in an inflammatory state you can not lose weight because your body can not burn the fat becasue your fat cells are protecting your body.

​I completely know how you feel, and I was once like you. 
​Hi my name is Karen Langston. I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Lifestyle Educator, Speaker, and train Health Professionals. 
I started in the 80’s when carbs and aerobics were the only way to lose weight and I never did. In fact, I just kept gaining!
I tried diet pills, work out routines ..EVERYTHING under the sun.
And, no matter what I did I was always pudgy, chubby or downright in need of losing weight.
The biggest I got was 180 pounds and I am 5’7.”  Yup, that is me you see right there. Covered up on the beach because I was too embarrased to show my fat body.

​Once I learned the TRUTH behind the foods we are eating thinking they are making us healthy did I FINALLY lose the weight! It is downright disgusting what the food industry has us believing! I was basically eating what I thought were healthy foods that were made to help me maintain my weight or help me lose weight. BOY was I wrong! 

Once I learned the dirty secrets about our food I removed the ones causing the problems and incorporated the “real foods” for weight loss and it was so easy to lose weight!
