if you have an allergy or a sensitivity to that particular food. Did you also know that not only foods can make you fat, but what you inhale as well? In fact food sensitivity and allergies can lead to a whole host of unwanted symptoms like:
- Weight gain
- Bloating
- Edema
- Mood changes
- Inability to focus
- Achy joints
- Lethargy
- Drooling
So, what can you do to get rid of gas bloating and other digestive symptoms?
Here are a couple of things you can do. You can stop eating the foods you think are causing the problem or you could probably rotate them. But first remove the suspected foods-the ones you think may be causing a problem. Then remove the known top sensitivities such as wheat, dairy, citrus, soy, corn, chicken-We call this the Elimination phase
The second phase is the Challenge Phase; take one food, it will usually be the one you cannot go another second without and then eat the food as much as possible for 3-4 days and record symptoms. And then do the same for all the other foods. If you want a faster way to get to the root of your symptoms check out my Programs and sign up for one that fits your needs.
